The Application for the cancellation of our German Property Right "Gebrauchsmuster" was rejected.

The application by the manufacturer of "Aerobis Kinetic Trainer" and "Kynett", for the cancellation of our German "Gebrauchsmuster" DE 20 2018 006 594 U1, has been proceeded on May 2nd, 2023 in the courtroom of the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) in Munich.
The application was clearly rejected by a 3-judge panel.
The last court proceeding is in progress.

Der Antrag des Herstellers von "Aerobis Kinetic Trainer" und „Kynett“ auf Löschung unseres deutschen „Gebrauchsmuster“ DE 20 2018 006 594 U1 wurde am 2. Mai 2023 im Gerichtssaal des Deutschen Patent- und Markenamts (DPMA) in München verhandelt.
Der Antrag wurde von einem aus drei Richtern bestehenden Gremium eindeutig abgelehnt.
Das Gerichtsverfahren ist im Gange in die letzte Instanz.
